Stop annoying everyone with your self-pity. I know it’s harsh to say. But it’s true. I know it. You know it. We all do.
All you are doing is adding negative energy to somebody’s life.
There is enough negative energy throughout the entire world. Why do you feel the need to add more toxicity to it?
What is the point in dragging everyone down with you? What is the point in complaining? You let your negative emotions control your actions. You impose negativity on others. You are a bad influence on your network of friends & family. Whether you like it or not, that’s what they are thinking.
If you are in such a bad situation in which you feel the need to be negative, I feel sorry for you. Not just you, but the people around you having to put up with your negative energy. The people around you telling you to be more positive & change your life. Quite frankly, you’re letting them down.

The odds of being born are 1 in 400 trillion. Let me say that again. 1 in 400 trillion. Are you really going to waste this incredible chance of being alive by imposing negativity on both yourself and others?

Sure, you can have 7 hours sleep, work for 8 hours, eat for an hour, and have 2 hours relaxing & watching TV. But even then, you’d still have 6 hours a day to work on a side-hustle to generate extra income. 42 hours a week to improve your salary, quality of life, and overall happiness.
You can sit here reading this article. You can complain that I’m just trying to be motivational, or only 20 years old and have no life experience. But if that’s the case… If you truly have so much negativity inside you that you feel the need to unleash it on others, there is one fundamental difference between us: I live a happy life.
I take responsibility for my success & failures.
I take control of my actions & my ambitions.
And more than anything, I wish the same for you. I want you to be happy. I want you to be fulfilled with your daily actions.
Figure out what is making you depressed, fix it.
Figure out where you want to take your life, and reverse engineer your actions around that.
You can choose to be negative. You can choose to be pessimistic.
But optimism always wins.
